Learners across Watergrove Trust have been diving head-first into #BritishScienceWeek 2026, proving that our schools are full of future scientists, engineers, and innovators! 🧪✨

From our youngest researchers testing ramp heights to other learners tackling the "Great British Biscuit Dunk" (congratulations to the victorious Custard Cream! 🍪), the energy and scientific rigour have been incredible.

Highlights from across the Trust:
🌱 Early Years: Planting "fairy seeds" and building boats for Rosie the Engineer.
🚀 Physics in Action: Testing gravity and mastering aerodynamics with balloon rockets.
🧬 Human Biology: Investigating if leg length affects jump distance.
🏗️ Engineering: Mastering buoyancy with marble-filled boats and designing habitats for Komodo dragon eggs.

At Watergrove, we believe in hands-on, practical #STEM education that sparks a lifelong love of learning. Well done to every single learner for showing such fantastic teamwork and curiosity!

The chances of developing prostate cancer are higher for men or people with a prostate who are:
• black
• have Jewish heritage
• or have a family history of prostate, breast or ovarian cancer.

If you fall into one of these groups you should speak to your GP to discuss your risk. You may also decide to ask for a PSA test.

The Watergrove Trust are proud to be the first Multi-Academy Trust pledged to the "Bee Seen, Get Screened" pledge. Read more here https://bit.ly/46YDIWO
