Year 4 Pupil Reaches Final Stage in ‘Design a Magical Piece of Clothing’ Competition
Well done to Year 4 pupil Ayla who has been shortlisted for the ‘Design a Magical Piece of Clothing’ competition! The competition is held by Sally Doherty, the award winning children’s author of the Toby Bean Trilogy.
Pupils were asked to create and colour a special piece of clothing and write about how their creation has magical powers. Out of 100 entries, Ayla’s beautiful ‘shape shifting dress’ design has made it to the final 15 – what a great achievement!
The winner will receive signed copies of Sally Doherty’s novels with prizes for the two runners up as well. Good luck Ayla!
