A new era for Moorhouse Primary School begins as it joins the Watergrove Trust on 1st April 2021 to become Moorhouse Academy.
The Watergrove Trust is a collective of two secondary and three primary schools whose mission is to be ever Providing More to the communities we serve and there is great excitement as we welcome Moorhouse Academy as our newest partner.
The historic values of Moorhouse Academy, centred around care and commitment, will continue to energise the school, but now the work will be enabled through joint projects with the other Trust schools. Significant improvements to the buildings will also be carried out with help from the Department for Education.
So, Moorhouse Academy, welcome to the Watergrove Trust! Spring is in the air and the future is filled with new opportunity!
