Moorhouse Governing Body
The Moorhouse Academy Governing Board provides strategic leadership and accountability within the school. It has three aims:
1. Oversee the financial performance
2. Oversee the educational performance
3. Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction
Moorhouse Academy is part of the Watergrove Trust. Overall responsibility for the governance of the school is with the Board of Trustees.
The Governing Body is made up of trustees, staff and parents who all have different skills and attributes.
Governors are expected to serve for a four year term and they meet 6 times a year.
